Message: So many years ago had a not great experience at brakes plus so was hesitant to come in. However after reading reviews I figured I would try one last time. AND they had been great. a quick oil change even though i was a bit late (love rush hour) and the price promotion was valid with no upselling. I have told a few people about this and wish them the best with new ownership (i assume) thanks for helping me out in a pinch.

Message: I brought my car in for a weird noise from the rear tire area. The manager, Scott. I guess he is new to brakes plus but he did a great job explaining my brake pads were getting low and I also had a worn out ball joint that needs to be replaced. He was professional and knowledgeable and he provided me with a detailed price quote. He explained everything that was going on with my car and what it's going to take to fix it. It was a quick turnaround! After my experience, I would recommend brakes plus to anyone who needs service on their vehicle.

I came in with a minor issue with my radiator and they went above and beyond to fix the issue, while checking to make sure no other issues were at play.
