Message: Went in to get a couple of new issues checked out with my 2018 Impala, and I was pleased with how things are handled at this location. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable, and I was taken in without an appointment or wait time, which was incredibly helpful to my situation. It's also worth noting the staff was very forward about everything they were doing, and what they were ascertaining as far as issues, and were also willing to point out everything visually as well as offer advice that could save money on my end. This was my first time coming to this location, but it won't be the last. Thank you, guys.

Message: I have taken my car here for the past 4 years. Every time, I have never been shorted in customer service, and friendlieness. The store manager is amazing with communication. Brad, who is noticeably at the front and tech, consistantly has great options, ideas, and insight in how your vehicle should be fixed.. Here, you will not get random charges on things, and services you didn't bring your car in to begin with. They will fix what you ask specifically, and will honor their warranties if something they replaced fails shortly after service.. One more thing to add is the patience, understanding, and the benefit of the doubt these people give not only to you as a customer, but as a person. 100% in managing, and working with their patrons.. Message: The Staff at this location consistently provide awesome Customer Service! I was able to make an appointment and get in the next business day. Several other places quoted me 4-5 times higher than Tuffy's or said they didn't have the equipment do the headlight installation on my Jeep. They were on time with my appointment and I was in / out in no time.

Message: Tuffey was the first auto place we tried going to after we moved here, and now we won’t go anywhere else! Our experiences with them have always been exceptional! The employees are always very accommodating and kind, and their prices are affordable. They don’t push any repairs or maintenance tasks on you that you don’t need, and they get the job done in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new auto shop.

Message: Tuffy's has always been honest, great to work with & reasonable with their prices. They get to know you as a person and will not push repairs on you if it's not in your best interest. I've experienced this twice with them recently.. All of their mechanics are top notch & honest. It's a locally owned franchise, so they are truly part of our community. Our family is so glad that we have them to take care of our cars for us.

Message: I have been going to Tuffy for several years and their service is exceptional. They have worked on all 3 of my cars from fixing problems to helping me find a great deal on new tires (and installing them) to oil changes. They are always honest and I always trust them. On top of doing exceptional work, Rick and Stacey are just great guys. They are honest, nice and super helpful. They have worked on my Mom's car and helped her out when she really needed her car fixed. My daughter's artwork hangs in Rick's office. We are moving to Colorado and I know it will be difficult if not impossible to ever find a place where they do such great work at fair prices and have such wonderful customer service. You will never find a better place to have your car serviced - these guys are simply the best. Plus, they are really nice guys. An amazing find in Lincoln Nebraska.
