Message: 3 years ago my boyfriend rolled his flatbed with his dirt bike, rocket and another bike, pulling a trailer with another truck on it and our dog in the truck. We were driving back to Colorado from Minnesota. The tow company that showed up to tow us charged us more than what we could even pay so to get them to even tow us just to the hotel at the edge of town my boyfriend had to give them two of his very expensive welding tanks. We ended up staying in Lexington for 4 days while we fixed the truck, spent what we had left on the hotel, I even had to sell my car to pay for our hotel and we had no idea how we were going to get home. The day before we left one of the owners of this tow company pulled into the lot of the hotel where we were working on the truck. He got out and introduced himself telling us he would have been the one on the call but he was already on another one and he had heard what happened and wanted to to make sure we're ok. On top of that I guess him and his wife discussed it the night before and decided to give us $400 to get home. He doesn't even know how he saved our lives that day. We will never forget ❤️.

Message: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! MY bf and I were stuck in Lexington, Nebraska locked out of our vehicle. We were traveling back to Idaho from Indiana driving my father in laws vehicle home after he passed away. We didn't know there was no key for the door so we ended up locked out. We were scammed and given the run around by another place that seemed local. We called this Randy's and they were the nicest people! Totally saved the rest of the trip for us. They came first thing in the morning and got us into our vehicle with no problems. After telling the guy our situation they ended up not charging us at all for their services. We appreciate them more than they know right now, especially with all we have been through recently. It was good to experience such a kind, helpful person these days.

Message: I was out visiting a friend at camp Comeca and took real nasty spin off the road late at night in an effort to avoid a massive pothole. Unfortunately my car had whipped a 180 and glided right down into a huuge Ditch. It was bad, the roof of my Honda civic was about 3 feet below the surface of the road, about a foot of standing water in the bottom of the ditch, I was done. Brian had come out, and had me out in a matter of minutes. He had even taken the time to inform me where the underhooks were on my car because I could not find them. He was knowledgeable, very friendly and affordable to boot! You would be silly not give these guys a call, they will take good care of you.

Message: These people are amazing, I would give them a 10 if possible. Took a turn too tight in our motorhome and got the rear passenger tire in a ditch. They were prompt, kind and efficient, knew exactly what they were doing and extricated our motorhome with no damage. They helped us put our tow bar and bike rack back on. Contrary to what someone else posted, they take credit cards. Hopefully you never need a tow, but if you do these guys are wonderful.

Message: These guys are awesome. Had an issue where we needed to have something lifted off two 18 wheelers. Brian came out to where we were at within 3 minutes of calling to assess our situation. 20 minutes later he came back with two heavy haul tow trucks and had our situation remedied in about an hour. Since we aren't from this area, I was really expecting to sit here all day waiting. Excellent service!
