Message: Excellent customer service with a friendly welcome. If I could rate JC's a 10.. I would. I was traveling across country and when everyone else was closed or required an appointment, they were a welcomed port in the storm. As a retired veteran, I asked if they offered any discount. The gentleman answered "no" but he gave a discount anyway. I have a 6. 7L Ford Super Duty, so it's never cheap to do any maintenance or oil changes. I'm very grateful for small businesses that go the extra mile. A lot of "value added" to this transaction. If I'm ever through again and need another oil change, I will definitely stop in. Easy off and back on the interstate.

Message: They were very efficient and fast. They hand spray the whole car first, then it goes through the wash, and then they wipe it down by hand. Very nice job for a good price.

Message: Now people, I have trust issues these days. I went in for an oil change and filter. These guys are polite and courteous, did the job fast and well. They charged me for a new drain plug, which others just tell you that the threads are worn and put the old one back in, they put a new one on for me… I checked! I’m in town on business and they could of easily took the out of stater for his money, but they did a great job! I have an older SUV, but they treated it well. Thanks JC!
