Message: Great customer service. Like 10/10. I had an issue with one of their fleet cars. Dumb luck really. The rep called the owner (I didn’t talk to her) and the owner quickly found and executed a solution. Judging by the responsiveness the owner seems to be actively involved in the franchise which is probably more of a rarity these days.

Message: Car was not washed properly on the outside had a very strong cigarette smell and they didn't honor the free upgrade. Bait and switch. we booked car 1 month in advance and had to wait a long time.
